The breakfast was perfectly laid out at this venue which is a new building with a marvelous location close to the center of town and restaurants, not far from Winkelplein 't Sas.

Nice comfy base for discovering Breda with excellant and courteous stuff at the reception desk. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Peaceful location in a peaceful area so close to restaurant, supermarkets and restaurants, and a the center of the city. Honestly no reason to complain.

That it was a bit difficult to find the entrance, as there weren't many signs pointing in the right direction. some of the staff seemed a little inexperienced, but they were still trying their best to provide good service.

The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city, being near the city centre with good public transportation options. the rooms were nicely decorated and spacious, with all the necessary facilities. the breakfast was basic but tasty, and the service was exceptional, run entirely by student staff who were friendly and attentive. It was interesting to see them learning all the necessary skills in hotel management.

There was one minor issue with the bathroom facilities, as there was no shelf in the shower for holding up your gear for shaving, washing, soap, etc. This made the small shower cabin slightly inconvenient to use at times.
